Exciting things have been happening in Fiji!

Life has been a little crazy lately! We have been hosting lots of teams and projects, seeing some awesome work happening and connecting with some amazing people. Every time I think I might have a moment to catch everyone up on our lives, I remember all the urgent things I need to get done first. But with our last team for the year currently working on a project, the work is starting to slow down....

We have been enjoying the cooler temperatures and drier weather to get stuck into projects here in Fiji. We have loved working with the teams we have hosted this year; they are always an encouragement to us. Celebrations, Adventures and Connections.

We have made it to the end of another wet season without any major cyclones, although we only closely avoided a few. However, we did have lots of heavy rains and good thunderstorms (which terrifies our dogs!). Our road is currently full of potholes and people are starting to burn their overgrown fields again. The humidity is slowly dropping and we have even started using a sheet again some nights....

A productive year comes to an end!

What a year this has been! There has been so much going on to keep us busy, especially in the dry season. We are excited as God continues to reveal the different ways He can use us to serve His people in Fiji. We are definitely seeing the benefits of being more settled here after 2.5 years: networks are widening, relationships deepening and new connections are constantly being made.
